How do I order your product and get pricing?
Thanks for your interest! World Imports is a wholesaler of furniture and not permitted to sell directly to the public. You can use our Retail Store Finder to find quality retailers in your area that sell our furniture. They will be able to provide you more information and prices on the items you are interested in. 

I bought your product at my local retailer and I need help with parts and service?
Because we’re a wholesaler we are not allowed to service the general public. We work closely with all of our retailers on service and parts requests. If you’ve experienced a problem with our products the retailer where you made the purchase will be able to help you. 

Why can’t I attend one of your events?
As a wholesaler, our furniture shows throughout the year are closed to the public and for industry buyers only. If you are a store owner please visit our Become a Dealer and one of our sales representatives will be able to provide information about a show near you.

Can I customize your furniture?
Our broad product line offers several varieties of furniture; many of those come in different fabrics and finishes. We do not allow custom orders.

Do you drop-ship your furniture?
Many wholesalers today are offering a drop-ship service that delivers their product directly to the end user. Because of the nature of furniture World Imports does not offer this service.
