Our team of over 200 employees around the world work hard every day to help make this happen.

Our Story

World Imports was founded in 1986 as a part time enterprise by Stan and Sandy Luber. Our furniture was sold in fewer than 100 stores in the Tri-State area. While our headquarters are still located in Philadelphia, PA., the company has grown tremendously since its inception. We currently have 3 distribution centers in the U.S. and international offices throughout Asia. Our team is made up of over 200 people that work together to serve our customers throughout the eastern United States each day. Through our committed employees, continued new product introductions, and great value, World Imports has become a leading furniture supplier in the U.S.

While Sandy & Stan Luber are still active within the company, their son, Marc holds the position of President. Marc Luber continues the World Imports tradition as he leads our growing team into a successful future.
